Telephones work. Support desk available, knowledgeable, and helpful. Online customer portal simple to understand. New and additional services quickly and easily arranged. Hardware arrives on time and configured. In a league of their own compared to others we have dealt with.

Porting is also painless so that has been a revelation too after years of hassle. Prices are good, accounts people are easy to deal with - its all good news with Packnet!!
