It’s been a while since we’ve posted, so we thought we’d bring you up to speed with some of our recent Metis updates. Following on from our bigger releases like the Queues page and the new Extension & Voicemail page, we’ve spent some time improving the user experience of existing Metis features.

Incoming Calls

We’ve made updating your dial plans easier than ever. On the Incoming Calls page, we’ve removed screen locking for a seamless experience enabling you to make multiple updates more efficiently.

Monitoring your system’s performance is essential, which is why we’ve enhanced the Diagnostics page.

You’ll now have access to more comprehensive information at a glance and we’ve also introduced a new Diagnostics Graph, offering the past 7 hours of registration data.

Time-of-Day Routing (TODR)

We’ve refined the TODR setup process to make it more intuitive. You’ll now receive clearer feedback during the TODR setup.

Outgoing Calls

We’ve revamped the management of Outgoing Calls and added our standardised Actions menu.

IVR Recordings

Managing IVR recordings is now more straightforward. We’ve updated the interface with descriptive names, simplifying finding and managing your recordings.
