Digium has announced the winners of its Pinnacle Partner awards, which recognise the very best of its global channel partners. It chose the winners based on last year’s annual sales, as well as the companies’ commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

The awards are given every year to partners of the company which have demonstrated excellence in building their relationship with Digium, as well as progressing customer success for Asterisk Custom Communications Solutions or Switchbox Business Communications Solutions.
Partners are able to sell the full range of Digium services, such as redundancy appliances, telephony cards, gateways, IP phones, Asterisk hardware and VoIP solutions.

AdvantagesDigium, the company’s Partner program, provides resellers with opportunities to offer the full range of Digium’s Switchvox Unified Communications systems, as well as build a communication solution with Asterisk. Partners are also allowed to sell Digium hardware, phones and third-party tools which build custom communication solutions.

There are three tiers to the program, including Affiliate and Registered. Digium offers promotions, training, benefits and incentives which help to give its partners an advantage in the growing business phone systems and business VoIP market.
