Packnet have been working on ebXML message transfer with a number of clients recently and whilst we tried long and hard to handle this with code (Perl framework) we had to give in and move to a software based solution.

At Packnet we use RT for our contact with customers and end users. To use a common phrase ‘It does what it says on the tin’.

In conjunction with Thus, Packnet have developed a customer provisioning portal which we believe is second to none within the industry.

We’ve been looking at upgrading our version of Bugzilla for quite some time now.
