Following a successful trial with one of our existing resellers, we are now offering a service that sees us allocate our own internal sales resource to help you to effectively target, and sell to, your existing client and contact base.
We recognise that the sales process for VoIP is very different from those for the products and services that many of our resellers focus on primarily and/or that many of our resellers struggle to devote as much time as they would like to pushing business VoIP as a solution. In some cases this can mean our resellers potentially missing great opportunities to convert their customers to a VoIP solution. This being the case we are happy to allocate our own internal resource to help you to identify good customers and sell to them.
There is no charge for this service, beyond the standard rates for extensions, calls etc as per your agreement with us. In addition you own the customer in the usual way.
We are excited to introduce this initiative as we see it as a win/win scenario, whereby we work with our resellers to help them develop their VoIP customer base, meaning more business for them and more business for us!
We must stress that this is not a general cold calling service, rather it is about helping our resellers to develop business from their existing client and customer base.
