View Base Rates

Use

This option allows the reseller to view the wholesale call rates which are associated with their account.

How To

The call cost information is listed as follows;

Location: Call Destination

Peak Charge: The call cost per minute for the location Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm.

Off Peak Charge: The call cost per minute for the location Monday to Friday 6pm– 8 am and at weekends.

Connection Charge: The cost of call connection which is applied once the call is connected. Selected destination only.
