Reports

Use

Within the reports section of the Metis system the user can select from various report modules. These include the following; Call Reports, Service Reports & Financial Reports.

How To

Call Reports provide the following filters: Start Date, End Date, Date Periods, Channel Name.

Service Reports are static reports and do not provide filter options. They reports on extension and number volumes.

Financial Reports provide the following filters: Start Period, End Period, Year, Channel Name.
