Voicemail

Use

This section allows the user to manage all voicemail accounts which have been setup within the customer account.

How To

Within the Voicemail section the user can access the following options.

• View Voicemails – This options will show all voicemail accounts and their associated information.
• Add Voicemail – This option allows the user to add voicemail account parameters to existing extensions. Note: Voicemail can only be added to already existing extensions.
• Modify Voicemail – This option allows the user to change any of the parameters which have been configured within already existing voicemail accounts.
• Delete Voicemail – This option allows the user to delete and voicemail account which is associated to the customers account.
