Outgoing Calls

Use

This section allows the user to access the functions which control the attributes of outgoing calls made from the VoIP Network.

How To

Within the Outgoing Call section the following options are available to the user.

  • View Call Groups – This options shows all the subgroups and the attributes which have been associated to them.
  • Add Call Group – This option allows the user to create new call subgroups.
  • Modify Call Group – This option allows the user to make changes to already existing call groups.
  • Delete Call Group – This option allows the user to delete any call group which is within the customer account.
