Use

This section allows the user to access the numbering functionality within the Metis portal.

How To

How to: The initial screen shows the options which can be used within the Metis portal with regard to the numbering function.

The individual options which can be accessed within this section are as follows;

• Section – View Numbers
  • Geographic Numbers: Shows a list of all UK geographic (01 & 02) numbers which have been allocated to the customer account
  • Non Geographic Numbers: Shows a list of all UK non geographic numbers (03, 05, 08) numbers which have been allocated to the customer account
  • Fax to Email – Shows the numbers which have been setup with the fax to email service and the email address to which converted faxes will be delivered.
  • Conference Numbers – Shows a list of all numbers which have been allocated as conference numbers.
  • Deleted Numbers – Shows a list of all numbers which have been unallocated from the customer and their current status.
• Section – Geographic Locations
  • The A-Z table allows the user to search through the geographic locations within the UK where numbers can be allocated to the customer.
• Section – Add New Number
  • This function allows the user to allocate a geographic or non geographic number to the customer account and also specify the type of function the number should have, e.g. conference, fax to email, standard.
• Section – Import Existing Number
  • This function allows the user to add a number to the system which can be used as an outbound CLI only.
