Incoming Calls

Use

This section allows the user to build dial plans and Huntgroups within the customer account.

How To

Within the Incoming Calls section the following options are available to the user.

  • View Call Groups – This screen shows a list of all incoming call plans which have been allocated to the customer and the from here all of the individual functions can be accessed.
  • Add to Dial Plan – This option allows the user to access the central function which controls the IP PBX call routing.
  • Modify Dial Plan – This option allows the user to make changes to existing incoming call plans.
  • Delete From Dial Plan – This option allows the user to delete lines from existing incoming call plans.
  • Split by Time – This option allows the user to set the working hours of the business and to allocate an external number to which calls will be routed outside of the business working hours.
  • Create Dialplan – This option follows a wizard like function to create the most popularly used incoming dial plan.
