Extensions
Use
This section allows the user to access the extension functionality within the Metis portal.
How To
The initial screen shows the options which can be used within the Metis portal and any extensions which have already been created.
The options which are available to the user are as follows;
- View Extensions: This option shows all extensions which have been created
- Add an Extension: This option allows the user to create a single extension.
- Add Range: This option allows the user to create a range of extensions.
- Modify an Extension: This option allows the user to make changes to an already existing extension.
- Delete an Extension: This option will delete an already existing extension.
- Extension Status: This option will show the status of the extension as seen on the VoIP Network.
