Active Calls

Use

This function allows the user to see calls which are in progress.

How To

Once selected the calls which are in progress will be shown to the user in the following format.

From: This will be either the local user extension for outbound calls or the CLI (Caller Line Identifier) of the inbound caller.

To: This will be either the local user extension for inbound calls or the CLI (Caller Line Identifier) of the inbound caller.

Elapsed Time: This will show how long the call has been in progress.
