After being at the mercy of a different VoIP supplier for a number of years, Packnet are a breath of fresh air. We've been a customer of Packnet's for 6 years now and would not think about looking anywhere else. The service has been rock solid from day one.

I have known Packnet for roughly ten years now and the service has always been second to none. The service everyone there gives is outstanding and the guys (and Holly) are so knowledgeable.

The contract we signed is a rolling 30 day contract which speaks volumes, you don't build a business offering contracts like this without rock solid customer service. Highly recommended!

Telephones work. Support desk available, knowledgeable, and helpful. Online customer portal simple to understand. New and additional services quickly and easily arranged. Hardware arrives on time and configured. In a league of their own compared to others we have dealt with.

Porting is also painless so that has been a revelation too after years of hassle. Prices are good, accounts people are easy to deal with - its all good news with Packnet!!

Earlier today we had major issues with two of our Gigaset handsets & the base unit. We would like to take this opportunity to formally congratulate you on your easy to use support system and the excellent representatives who picked up our support call. Credit where credit is due.
