Suspend And Activate Customer

Use

This option allows the channel to suspend or to re-activate a customer account.

How To

The two functions which are available to the channel are as follows:

Suspend Active Customers: Select the customer name from the drop down list and click the suspend button.

Activate Suspended Customer: Select the previously suspended Customer name from the drop down list and click the activate button.
