Manage Customer Rates

Use

This option allows the channel to apply calling rates to customer accounts.

How To

This screen allows the channel to download a copy of the current rates which are applied to the account, and to submit a new call rate table across multiple customer accounts. The date on which the rate should be applied can also be set. The date must be either the current day or in the future.

To download your current rate table, click the icon on the right and save it to your machine. Apply changes to the call rates as required and the upload the rate card. Select which customers to apply the new rates to by ticking the checkbox next to each customer before clicking the upload button.

Once the new rates have been uploaded successfully, they will be matched against the existing rate records of the selected customers. Matching rates will be made obsolete from a day before the ‘start date’ provided.
