We’ve been looking at upgrading our version of Bugzilla for quite some time now. As its a very important piece of software for us we have to be absolutely sure that the new version of bugzilla will do all the things the current version does. Sounds simple that, but we have customised our version to adhere to our own needs.
Plus, client s have become used to it and the new version has lots of new features, and looks completely different so we need to get it right.
We’ll add more to this as we come nearer to the time when we move across to the new system.
