Directions to our office:
Reaching us by road
As a general rule of thumb, all approach routes are clearly sign
posted with Universities. The Science Park is just off Oxford
Road to the west of Manchester University.
From M61 and M62 (North & West)
Leave M62 at J12 and join M602 Salford for 4 miles. At the
motorway end, continue onto the A57 Manchester, take the slip
road prior to reaching the elevated section of Mancunian Way,
sign posted Manchester Airport and A5103 Chester. At the
roundabout take second exit and at the next roundabout take
the third exit on to Higher Cambridge St. Burlington Street is
400 yards down on the right. Pencroft Way is first left. Enterprise
House car park is then first left.
From M62 (East)
Leave M62 at J18, to join M66. At next roundabout join A576.
After approx. 2 miles, bear left at traffic lights onto A665. Keep
going straight on, following several signs for Universities. At
the junction with Rochdale Road (A664), turn left, then right
down Thompson Street. Keep following the Universities signs,
which eventually brings you onto Higher Cambridge Street.
Burlington Street is 400 yards down on the right. Pencroft Way
is first left. Enterprise House car park is then second left.
From M56
At the motorway end, continue along A5103 to Manchester
for 4 miles. Turn right at traffic lights by ASDA into Greenheys
Lane, this runs into Burlington Street. Turn second right into
Pencroft Way. Enterprise House car park is then second left.
From M67
At the motorway end, continue along A57 for approx 3 miles
towards City Centre. At the first roundabout, take 2nd exit.
It is then approx. half a mile to Oxford Road. Turn right off
Oxford Road at the traffic lights between the Royal Northern
College of Music and Manchester Business School. Turn left
at the next lights onto Higher Cambridge Street. Burlington
Street is 200 yards down on the right. Pencroft Way is first left.
Enterprise House car park is then second left.
